Chicken Pasta

    5 leaves Basil
    1 Chicken Breast diced
    2 cups uncooked whole wheat pasta
    1 Can of tomato sauce
    2 garlic cloves
    dash of dry sherry
    olive oil

Cook the chicken in the pan with enough olive oil to not sick, till cooked all the way thru. Boil the pasta, I usually put a dash of olive oil and salt although this is not added in the nutrients. I put the garlic in with the chicken and let it sizzle for a bit then I add the sherry and tomato sauce and I let it cook till it simmers for a minute then add fresh chopped basil at the end. Put chicken and sauce over pasta and serve.
