Broiled Vidalia Onions

Introduction

Ingredients

    4 large vidalia onions
    4 beef bouillion cubes
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
    Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

Cut tops off onions and peel. Trim bottom so that the onion will stand up. Carve out the middle of the onion and insert one bouillion cube. Spray with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray and salt and pepper to taste.

Wrap in aluminum foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
