Frosted Devi'ls Food Cookies

Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Devil's Food Cake, Betty Crocker Super Moist
1/3 Stick or 1/3 Cup Crisco All Vegetable Shortening
1/3 cup cold water
1 Large Egg
1 (15oz) container, Frosting, Pillsbury Funfetti
Directions
1. Heat oven to 375
2, Combine cake mix and shortening in medium bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed until a coarse meal forms. Add water and egg, mixing on low, until a smooth dough forms. Place 2" apart on prepared cookie sheets. Spray bottom of a cup with cooking spray. Flatten each ball of dough to 2" in diameter.
3. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until center is firm. Cool for 1 minute. Remove to cooling rac. Spread frosting over cooled cookies. Sprinkle with decorative candy bits of your choice, if desired.
