Ingredients

1/4 Cup Chick Peas (canned, drained and rinsed)
1/4 Cup Grape Tomatoes (quartered)
1/4 Cup Cucumber (cut into small pieces)
1Tbsp black olives (sliced, canned)
2Tbsp Lemon Juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss. Fresh herbs and garlic can be added to kick up the flavor.
