Introduction

Variation on childhood favorite. You could cut the calories by using reduced fat peanut butter or possibly almond butter. You could also cut back on the chocolate. Ingredients

    4 tbs peanut butter
    8 squares dark chocolate (75-80 percent)
    4 bananas
    popsicle sticks

Directions

Cut bananas in half crosswise and insertpopsicle sticks. Microwave peanut butter and chocolate in 20 second increments until melted, stirring each time. Spoon mixture over bananas. Freeze bananas at least one hour. After one hour wrap each treat in plastic wrap. These yummy pops should keep well for a couple weeks in the freezer.
