Submitted by: DIANNE3560

Introduction

Low fat, high fiber, non dairy, low salt Muffins. Salt can be omitted. 1/14 c of skim milk can be substituted for the soy milk and any berry may be used(I have tried cranberries, raisins and blueberries all good). Next time I'm going to try molasses inplace of honey for an added kick. Low fat, high fiber, non dairy, low salt Muffins.
