Ingredients

1.5 cups whole wheat flour
4 cups Quaker whole oats
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Splenda for Cooking
1 bar Fleishmans Butter with Olive Oil melted
1 large egg
1/2 cup egg beaters
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup Hershey's Dark Chocolate Chips
1 cup shredded cococut
2 tbsp cinnimon
pinch baking soda
2 scoops Vanilla whey Protein powder
1/2 cup honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 360 degrees
Mix Margarine, sugar & splenda in large bowl w/mixer well
Add egg, egg beaters, cinnimon, baking soda, protein powder, honey and mix well again
Add flour & coconut and mix until blended
Add raisins, chocolate chips, oats-fold in by hand till well mixed
Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper in 1 1/4"-1 1/2" balls
Bake @ 360 10-11 minutes till lightly browned on top
Makes 55-65 cookies (3 cookies makes for great snack)
