Salmon Burger

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can of salmon (213 g)
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
    4 tsp grated parmesean cheese
    1 Egg
    1 tsp dried onion flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    for extra zing add some spicy peppers

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Use 1/4 cup measuring cup to measure out burgers. Form burgers into patty shapes.

Heat a little olive oil in a big frying pan over medium heat. Fry burger until brown and crisp on each side.

Makes 4 burgers
