Ingredients

3/4# beef sirloin, thinly sliced
3/4# broccoli florets
1 T canola oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 t cornstarch, dissolved in 1 T water (this goes in last)
Marinade
1 t light soy sauce
1/2 t cornstarch
1/8 t black pepper
Sauce
2 T fish sauce
1 T light soy sauce
1/4 chicken broth
Directions
Stir marinade together in a 6 cup bowl, Let stand with beef slices for 10 minutes.
Stir sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
Blanch the broccoli for 2 minutes in boiling water and drain.
Heat large frying pan or wok over high heat. Add the oil and coat pan. Add the feef and fry about 1 minute. Pour in the sauce, add the broccoli and return to boil. Add the dissolved cornstarch, stirring and cook 30 minutes or until thickened.
