2 lobster tails, steamed and chopped.
1 small onion finely diced
2 celery stalks finely diced
2 cloves garlic minced.
2 tbsp flour
3 cups chicken stock
2 cups fat free half and half
9 oz salad shrimp
1 tsp creole seasoning
3 oz tomato paste
2. Melt butter in large sauce pan. Add chopped celery, onion, and garlic and cook 5 minutes.
3. Add flour and cook 3 more minutes.
4. Add chicken stock and simmer 10 minutes until slightly thickened.
5. Add lobster and shrimp. Add half and half and creole seasoning. Cook through and serve immediately.
