Tangy Asian Sauce/Dressing

This is awesome as a dressing, marinade or even stir-fry sauce if you add a little cornstarch.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/4 C soy sauce
    3 T rice-wine vinegar
    1 T brown sugar
    2 t sesame oil
    2 t chile-garlic sauce or more to taste
    1 T minced fresh ginger
    2 t minced garlic
    1 T smooth peanut butter
    3/4 C 99% fat free chicken broth

Directions

Just whisk everything together or assemble in a jar and shake like crazy.

This will keep forever in the refrigerator.

makes 6 generous (1/4C or so) servings as a sauce or 8 smaller ones as a dressing at about 45 calories each.
