Sauteed yellow squash, zuchinni and onions

Submitted by: LINLU00

Introduction

Easy to make sauteed squash with vidalia onions. Tastes great hot or cold. You can cook this while preparing other dishes, just remember to stir every 3-4 minutes. The trick is letting the mix brown slightly to camerlize the vegetables and unlock their natural sweetness. Easy to make sauteed squash with vidalia onions. Tastes great hot or cold.
