2 Tbsp. Smart Balance
1 Large summer squash, cut in 2-inch thin strips
2 Large scallions, sliced
1 small head bok choy, sliced/shredded
1 small head napa cabbage, sliced/shredded
garlic salt to taste
-Add veggies and garlic salt
-Saute 5-10 minutes, or until veggies are cooked to desired softness.
-Makes 3-4 servings
