Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts (Give or take)
    4 cups Salsa
    1 can Yellow sweet corn drained
    1 can black beans
    6 servings of rice already prepared

Directions

Chunk the chicken and cook in a large pan

Add the salsa, corn, and the beans, cook till it is all hot and serve over rice.

You cant mess this up.

    Yummy that sounds good, my 3 year old wont eat any thing unless it is wrapped in a tortilla shell. Then I leave out the rice. I didn't think to a cheese and sour cream, you would think that would be a given. Thanks.

    Quick and Yummy INDEED! Yes, cooking the rice and chicken take time, but from there, you throw everything (I took out the corn) into one pot and let it cook some more! Absolutely DELICIOUS! - 7/14/09

  • I cooked this tonight and the three of us L O V E D it. I used two bags of Boil in a Bad and added it to the pan 30 mins into cooking. Also deleted any cheese and included one can of mixed veggies to the variety of flavor. Seasoned the chicken a little to much but but the "kick" came from the salsa. - 6/9/10
