Pasta Primavera Salad

Introduction

Quick, Easy and Inexpensive Quick, Easy and Inexpensive
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

1 Box Tri Color Rotini Noodles (or any dense pasta)
    1 cup sliced cherry/grape tomatoes
    1 cup sliced carrots
    1 cup chopped broccoli florets
1 cup diced onion (red or white)
8 oz (1 small bottle) Kraft Peppercorn Ranch Dressing (low cal)

Directions

Boil pasta per directions on box - leaving slightly firm.

While pasta is boiling slice carrots, tomatoes, broccoli, and onion. Or, if preferred you can purchase pre chopped/sliced ingredients.

Drain pasta and rinse under cool water.

In a large bowl mix together vegetables and pasta, slowly adding dressing. You may add more or less dressing to taste.

Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving, may need to toss with additional dressing just before serving.

- Add more or less vegetables, add different vegetables, and substitute pastas for different tastes and textures. I prefer radiatorre noodles, and add extra onion.
Perfect for picnics, potlucks, and parties - under $10 to make! Enjoy!

*Makes about 10 3/4-cup servings.

Number of Servings: 10
