Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 cup water
    1 cup milk
    1 cup flour
    1 egg

    add butter and syrup as desired after cooking

Directions

mix water, milk, flour and egg in a large bowl. add water if needed to thin it out. mixture should not be thick. using a ladel, distribute a good amount into a oiled or Pam-sprayed frying pan. make sure it gets thinned out across the entire pan. (circle shaped) let cook for a few seconds on medium heat then flip over. do not cook on high heat or you will burn them. once cooked, take out of the pan (and put on a plate). add butter and syrup and then roll it up. eat! =D

makes about 16 flap jacks
