LaRaine's White-White Bean Chili

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Honeysuckle White Extra Lean Ground Turkey 99%fat free, 32 oz equal to 2 pounds
    Onions, raw, .5 medium
    Chicken Broth, 4 cup sodium free
    Beans, navy, 7 cup equal to 4 cans
    Cumin seed, 2 tsp can use ground
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Cilantro, dried, .33 tbsp
    Pepper, white, .25 tsp
    Green Chili Peppers, canned, .25 cup or one small can
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp

Directions

Brown Turkey and onion together then add to your pot then add remaining ingredients to pot or crockpot mix well and cook on low until beans are tender crock pot about 4 hours stove maybe an hour on low.

can be serve with cheese and crackers

you can also use protein crumbles in place of ground turkey will have to adjust calories
