Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients

    2 pounds raw shrimp
    1/2 cup olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tsp salt
    2 tbsp sweet basil
    lemon wedges
    garlic bread

Directions

Remove shells and devien shrimp or remove tail from cooked shrimp. Put shrimp in bowl. Add olive oil, garlic cloves, salt and sweet basil. Mix well. Let sit for at least 30 minutes or over night. Arrange shrimp on foil line baking sheet. Broil about 4 inches from source of heat for 4 mintues for raw shrimp or 2 minutes for cooked shrimp. Serve with lemon wedges and garlic bread.
