Introduction

This salsa is the best that I have ever had. Don't judge it because it is a fruit salsa. It is very healthy and has no oil. It'll be sure to be a kick at your next outing. This salsa is the best that I have ever had. Don't judge it because it is a fruit salsa. It is very healthy and has no oil. It'll be sure to be a kick at your next outing.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 cups of Cantaloupe
    Half of an onion
    2 tsp of brown sugar
    1 can of black beans
    2 tbs of dried cilantro
    one to two teaspoons of chopped jalapeno peppers

Directions

Makes 16 1/2 cup servings

Cut up onions, cantaloupe and jalapeno peppers into tiny pieces. Put in a big bowl and stir together. Drain and rinse the black beans. Add beans. Sprinkle the cilantro and brown sugar into the bowl, and give it one last mix. Dig in!

Once you are done, be sure to refrigerate the salsa.
