  • This was excellent. I used boneless skinless thighs. Added a big spoonful of lf sour cream at the end. Served over brown rice. This would be good over chicken breast chunks too. - 9/21/10

  • made it in the slow cooker, all like in the recipe, I just added a bit celery and used skinless boneless thighs . I came home the House smelled good but when I tasted the food, it was tasteless and looked not so appetizing. After major adjustments it was edible. Sorry I am not sure what I did wrong - 3/3/10

  • Made this for dinner and it was easy to set up, cheap to execute, and very tasty. I actually only ate 1 thigh (halfs the calories), and served this over brown rice with steamed broccoli - sprinkled it all with garlic.. super tasty. Thanks! Great winter "busy day" meal. - 12/29/09
