(Substitute 1/2 c roasted red pepper for fresh. chopped pepper.) Quick dish. Next time you grill, make some extra chicken to create this main dish just 15 minutes.

2 c Heartland Whole Wheat Penne (dry)
2 T olive oil
1/2 c chopped onion
1/4 c chopped green pepper
1/4 c chopped red pepper
8 oz grilled chicken, cut into thin strips
1/2 c chicken broth
1 T fresh basil
Heat olive oil in large skillet. Cook garlic, peppers and onion until onion is translucent.
Add chicken and basil.
Cook 2 minutes.
Add chicken broth and pasta.
Toss all ingredients together.
Serve immediately in large bowl. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese evenly on top.
Makes 4 Servings of 1 1/2 cups.
