strawberry-blueberry-yogurt muffins

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tsp baking soda
    1.5 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    dash cinnomin
    1/2 cup walnuts ground up
    2 tBS flax seed ground
    1 cup low or non fat plain yogurt
    1 cup non sweetened applesauce
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup strawberries sliced small
    1/2 cup blueberries
    1/2 cup 60% cocoa dark chocolate chips chopped fine

Directions

sift dry ingredients together in large bowl-
combine wet ingredients in smaller bowl
stir wet into dry just til mixed(not too much)
fold in berries and dark chocolate chips
spoon into muffins cups lined or sprayed
bake 375 for 20 or so minutes
