Introduction

This is a light summer side dish, great to bring to picnics or pot lucks, I like to serve as a side dish with BLT's. This is a light summer side dish, great to bring to picnics or pot lucks, I like to serve as a side dish with BLT's.

Ingredients

    1 large cucumber peeled
    1 large tomato diced
    1/2 red onion diced
    Hidden Valley Ranch Fat Free Salad Dressing
    pepper to taste

Directions

Cut cumber into quarters, and put in bowl.
Add tomatoes, and red onion, squirt some of the HIdden Valley ranch dressing in the bowl and stir, add pepper to taste if desired. Refrigerate until ready to use. MMMM this is yummy!
