2 cups of spelt flour 2 tbsp of ghee 1/2 cup of water 1/2 tsp of salt 1 tsp baking powder
Mix ghee and flour together until it forms a course flour. Add remaining ingredients and mix until a soft dough is formed. I break mine into 12 balls about the size of a ping pong and roll out into 6 inch tortillas. Cook on a dry hot griddle until brown, flip and cook on other side. Enjoy!
ghee is clarified butter. since i had none, i just used softened butter, and it was fine. used warm water, let dough rest about an hour or so before dividing, and eventually cooked on electric tort. press.
