IntroductionThis crock pot recipe is easy and the left overs are delicious if you are lucky enough to have any! This crock pot recipe is easy and the left overs are delicious if you are lucky enough to have any!
4-6 chicken breasts
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz) can corn, drained and rinsed
Feel free to add left over vegetables!
1 (15 oz) jar of salza, any kind
1 (8 oz) package of light cream cheese
1. Put 4 to 6 frozen, boneless chicken breasts into crock pot.
2. Add drained and rinsed black beans and corn. Left over vegetables are welcome now!
3. Add 1 jar of salsa.
4. Cook in crock pot on high until chicken breasts are done. Approximately 5 hours.
5. When chicken is done, add 1 package of light cream cheese. Let sit until melted. Approximately 1/2 hour.
6. Serve and Enjoy!
