Introduction

Ingredients

    1 egg
    .25 c of red peppers chopped
    .25 c of chopped onions
    1/8 c of feta cheese (use any kind, I used treasure cave)
    10 leafs of fresh spinach
    Oil spray like pam
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Use the oil spray on a hot skillet, quickly add onions, peppers, and cook for about one minute, add the spinach cook for another 2 minutes on low fire.
Beat the egg add black pepper
remove the veggies from the pan and add it to the egg mixture, mix well for 30 seconds,
Using the same hot skillet add the egg with the veggies, and cook it until a omelettei s form., s[prinkle feta cheese before serving it.
