Introduction

This is how my family as made chicken salad for as long as I can remember. This is how my family as made chicken salad for as long as I can remember.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Cucumber (peeled), 1 small (6-3/8" long)
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 4 tbsp

Directions

Cook chicken breast. Peel cucumber. Cube chicken, tomatoes, and cucumber. Mix in bowl with mayonnaise. Makes 3, 1 1/2 to 2 cup servings.
