This oatmeal is so easy! You can add raisins, cinnamon, chocolate chips, or anything else you can think of. Put is together at night, stick in the fridge, and bake in the morning if you want to make it even easier. This oatmeal is so easy! Ingredients

2 cups uncooked quick and easy steel cut oats
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup splenda
2 tablespoon chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups fat-free milk
1/2 cup applesauce
2 tablespoons Promise Active butter, melted
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
Cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Combine the milk, applesauce, butter, and egg beaters. Add milk mixture to oat mixture; stir well. Pour oat mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375° for 25 - 30 minutes or until the edges are slightly browned. Serve warm.
