Baked Spinach Casserole




Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    2 tblsp flour
    2 cups 2% cottage cheese
    1 3.5 oz package Athenos reduced fat feta cheese
    1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 1/4 cup Egg Beaters
    1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
    Salt and pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste

Directions

Combine cheeses with flour. Add rest of ingredinets. Mix well and pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish sprayed with Pam.

Bake at 350 for 1 hours.
