Ingredients
-
2 15oz cans tomato sauce
2 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
1 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsps dried thyme
35 frozen Costco meatballs (approx 4 meatballs per serving)
Directions
In medium bowl, whisk together tomato sauce, broth, chili sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and thyme.
Place 32-35 meatballs in bottom of crockpot. Cover with tomato sauce mixture.
Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Serve with egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
Could also make own meatballs and possibly lower the calories. I use the Costco frozen meatballs for convenience and because my kids love them.
