Ingredients

    Red Ripe Tomatoe 1/2 cup chopped
    Jalapeno Pepper 1 chopped
    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    Eggs, 3 large
    Milk, Non Fat, 1 tbsp
    Oil, Canola, 1 tsp

Directions

1. Chop tomatoe, jalapeno and onion
2. Fry lightly on medium heat in oil for about 2 minutes
3. Add scrambled eggs with milk and cook til done
