Green Beans add color - you may choose your own veggie. I LIKE this over PASTA. If you prefer rice or noodles, then you can do that too. Ingredients

1 TBSP Olive Oil
1 c Chopped Onion - sauteed in Olive Oil
1 pound Ground chicken - browned in same pan
1 TBSP of A1 Steak Sauce - added to meat

8 oz Fat Free Sour Cream
1 c Water
2-4 TBLSP of Corn Starch (the nutritional info uses 1/4 cup which is 4 TBSP - I usually use 2 or 3)

1 cup cooked or canned green beans (drained) - or veggie of your choice

Whole Wheat Rotini (I cook 4 servings but split it 5 ways because of the other stuff in this dinner)
Directions
Boil water and cook pasta
Heat Olive Oil and sautee Onions.
Brown Ground Chicken in same pan
add Steak Sauce to chicken
While chicken is cooking, add the remaining ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
When meat is thoroghly cooked, add green beans and sour cream mixture and cook until bubbly - and then 1 more minute.
Should make about 5 1-cup servings of stroganoff.
Serve over rotini
