Tabouli, Bob's Red Mill

Ingredients

    2 cups dry Bulgur wheat
    soaked in 2 cups Water
    3 cups finely minced Parsley
    1/4 cup fresh finely chopped mint
    1/2 cup chopped green or sweet Onions
    1/4 tsp Pepper
    1/4 tsp ground Cumin seed
    1/4 tsp Salt
    3-4 TBS Lemon Juice
    2 TBS Olive Oil

Directions

Once bulgur is presoaked gently mix all other ingredients and chill for 1 hour to blend flavors. I like to chop tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers to mix in with each serving. Goat cheese or balsamic vinegar is yummy to sprinkle on top.
12 - 1/2 cup servings.
