Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb of ground beef browned and drained
    1c chopped celery (boiled)
    1med white onion chopped
    2 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 c rice(any on hand)
    soy sauce to taste

Directions

Brown ground beef, drain. Boil celery in 2 cups water, drain celery and save water. Put rice, onion, celery and ground beef in slow cooker. Mix cream of mushroom soup and celery water together.(may need more water) mix in slow cooker add soy sauce to taste. Cook at least 4 hours for best flavor. Makes 4 1cup servings
