Ingredients

Beef, round steak 1-3 lbs
Mix:
8 oz Sprite
1 can (10 3/4 oz) Cream'o'mushroom soup
1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup mix
Put Mixture in the bottom, brown the outside of the meat and season if you'd like, then place in crockpot. On High for approx 4hours and on low for 6-8 hours
