Bay Avocado Sandwich

Introduction

Flex Swap 1/2 cup garbanzo beans with 2 ounces cooked, diced chicken breast. Flex Swap 1/2 cup garbanzo beans with 2 ounces cooked, diced chicken breast.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 tsp Old Bay seasoning or 1/4 tsp Chesapeake Bay
    1 lime, juiced
    1 tsp olive oil
    1/4 avocado, diced
    1/2 cup canned garbanzo beans, drained, chopped
    1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
    1 stalk celery, finely chopped
    1 green onion, finely chopped
    1 small whole-grain roll

Directions

Whisk seasoning with lime juice and oil. Toss together with remaining ingredients and spoon into roll.
Makes 1 serving
