1/2 cup Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing
4 Chicken Breasts, no skin - 6 ounces each 1/2 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, Italian seasoned
1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 can (28oz) Stewed Italian Tomatoes
1 can (6oz) Tomato Paste
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/3 cup sliced Black Olives
1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
Note: Use low sodium or no salt added tomato paste and stewed tomatoes to reduce sodium in recipe.
