Parmesan Skillet, variation 2

Introduction

Same as my other parmesan skillet, but with precooked brown rice, frozen broccoli and ground turkey. Same as my other parmesan skillet, but with precooked brown rice, frozen broccoli and ground turkey.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    13 oz Foster Farms ground turkey (lean)
    2 cups cooked brown rice
    12 oz frozen broccoli
    1/2 cup parmesan Cheese, grated
    3/4 tsp Morton Lite Salt
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

Brown ground turkey and seasonings (except salt) in large non-stick skillet over med-high heat. Add salt, rice and broccoli, cover and heat through on medium heat. Add parmesan cheese, cover and heat on low for 5 minutes. Makes 5 servings, 1 cup each.
