Ingredients

    8 red potatoes
    2 lbs clam meat
    1 onion
    1/4 lb bacon
    1 bottle clam juice
    6 cups water
    salt
    pepper
    chives
    parsley

Directions

cook up bacon till semi crisp, add onion and saute until soft, add potatoes, clam juice and water, add seasonings to taste, bring to a boil, add clams and cook until potatoes are fork tender.
