Ingredients

4 pieces of whole wheat pita
2 cups cooked chicken strips or pieces
4 T hummus
1 1/2 cups uncooked spinach
1/2 cup low fat feta (crumbled)
1/2 cup low fat Cheddar cheese (curls)
1 small green onion, diced
1 small tomato finely diced
1 carrot finely chopped
4 tsp chopped green olives
1 tsp oregano
Directions
Spread 1 T of hummus on each piece of pita and then distribute the rest of the ingredients evenly among the four pieces of pita bread.
Optional: Vegetables can be prepared in a food processor to cut down on the amount of chopping.
