1 catfish fillet
1 tsp butter
.5 tsp miced garlic
lemon juice, dash of fresh ground black pepper, and dash of ground cayenne to taste
Success Boil-in-Bag Brown Rice, 1 cup cooked
margarine and salt to taste
Lightly sautee garlic and butter in skillet or pan over med-high heat, but be careful not to burn the butter. Add fish, top sie down. Season with lemon, black & cayenne pepper to taste. After 2-3 mins, turn fillet over, season to taste, and cook another 5-6 mins until done.
Add margarine and salt to rice to taste (I used 1 tsp of each for whole bag of rice) and mix well. Portion rice and serve with one fillet of catfish.
