Mom's Meatloaf

Introduction

She's been making meatloaf with veggies in it my whole life. I never knew some people didn't put veggies in it until I was an adult. And this is still the best meatloaf I've ever had!

We top it with either a bbq sauce mixture or ketchup mixture, thats not included in the calories.

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 Eggs (we use Egglands Best)
    1lb 93/7 Ground Turkey
    1lb 93/7 Ground Beef
    5 Slices of whole wheat bread made into crumbs
    1/2 Cup shreded or finely chopped carrots
    2 Small stalks of celery finely chopped
    1 Medium onion finely chopped
    1-2 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning

Directions

Mix in large mixing bowl, form into loaf pan, bake appx. 1 hour at 350 degrees. If topping with sauce add topping 10 minutes before end time.
