Introduction

This is my version of the Tuna & White Bean Salad that is featured on SP. Very colorful and packed with healthy protein and vitamins! Good amount of fiber too! You can add this to fresh spinach or romaine for a great salad or add 1/2 cup of whole wheat pasta or rice.

Ingredients

    Tuna, Canned in Water, 2 cans
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 412 grams (14.5oz can)
    *Sweet Bell Pepper, Orange (1 /2large)
    *Pepper, Sweet, Yellow, raw, 1/2 large
    Celery, raw, 1/2 cup, diced
    Shredded Carrot, 1/4 cup
    *TONE'S granulated garlic, 1/4 tsp
    Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup
    Kraft, Light Done Right Salad Dressing, Catlina, 2 TBSP

Directions

Drain tuna chop veggies including the shredded carrot mix in a large bowl add up to 2 TBSP dressing (you can choose to omit - it is even good without)
Makes approximately 5 generous -1cup servings
