Nikki Pasta Sauce

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    *Italian Sausage, pork, 4 link, 4/lb
    Pureed Tomatoes, 2 can (29 oz) (401 x 411)
    Tomato Sauce, with tomato tidbits, 2 can, 15 oz (303 x 406)
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 4 clove

Directions

Saute garlic, onions, peppers with 2 tbls of Olive oil when done add meat and brown. Open cans and place in large stock pot add meat mixture. Then add 1/4 cup italian seasoning depending on taste and of course salt as you needed it. Cook for 2/3 hours. Add water if seems to thick...
It is hard to determine how much this makes we get about 4 quarts of sauce, So I average about 24 servings it really depends on the size of your family.
