IntroductionThis smoothie will keep you full and makes a great breakfast or lunch! This smoothie will keep you full and makes a great breakfast or lunch!
1 regular-flavored oatmeal packet (or about 1/3 cup of quick oats), uncooked
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup orange juice, calcium fortified
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tsp honey
1 banana (optional)
Add all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. If you don't like honey, feel free to use splenda in its place. Makes one serving.
