Chicken Tortilla Casserole

Introduction

REALLY good but definitely needs to be served with Baked Tostios because it is a bit thin to eat alone. May be good served over rice too. REALLY good but definitely needs to be served with Baked Tostios because it is a bit thin to eat alone. May be good served over rice too.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 cups cooked chicken, diced (or 3 chicken breasts)
    1 can of FF cream of mushroom soup
    1 can of FF cream of chicken soup
    2 cups of 2% shredded cheddar
    1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
    10 pack of Fat Free flour tortillas. bite-size pieces

Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Layer 5 flour tortillas (cut into bite size pieces) on bottom of sprayed 9x13 dish, then 1/2 mixture, then 5 more tortillas, then the other 1/2 of the mixture. Cover and heat at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with chips. Toss salad for side dish. Makes 8 servings at 1-1.5 cups each.
