Darla's Protein & Fibre Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients

    1 cup white flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/3 cup protein shake mix
    2/3 cup Splenda
    1 cup milk (1%)
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup ground flaxseed
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 beaten egg
    2 bananas - mashed

Directions

Mash bananas. Be sure to grind the flaxseed. Mix all ingredients. Pour into spayed muffin tins. Do not use muffin cups. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes
