Ingredients

    1 slice whole wheat bread
    1/2 of a medium banana, sliced
    1 T. Simply Jif Peanut Butter

    Substitute your favorite bread, nut butter or fruit. Just remember to adjust your calorie content.

Directions

--Toast bread (or not if you're in a big hurry)
--Spread on peanut butter
--Place sliced banana on bread
--Your done - now run!
