Introduction

This can be a snack or a meal. Very versatile. No cooking involved. This can be a snack or a meal. Very versatile. No cooking involved.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 c. frozen strawberries
    1/2 med. banana
    4 oz. skim milk
    1 T. Simply Jif Peanut Butter

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender. Mix until smooth. This will be a consistency that can be eaten with a spoon. If you want it thinner just add a little more liquid.
