Light & Fluffy Chocolate Mouse

Submitted by: TRAYCSJUNK

Introduction

This is a great light desert for any chocolate lover. This has helped curve my chocolate cravings and I don't feel guilty about eating it. Also it only takes minutes to make. - adding Ό tsp of mint flavor to this recipe makes great tummy taming after-dinner-desert.

Although I must give credit where credit is due, This was inspired by Orange Dream Sickle Delight by: MOMMYDAWN135 – My Daughter loved her recipe so much she asked if it could be done in chocolate – after thinking it over I omitted the flavored Jell-O, added plain Knox gelatin in its place. I than replaced a cup of cold water with a cup of milk, and replaced the Vanilla Jell-O with Chocolate Jell-O.
